Analyzes and describes clinical experiences which were challenging during the DFCs. Discusses the reasons for the challenges, including potential underlying causes. Develops a plan to prevent similar situations in future clinical experiences.

Personal and Professional Growth

Thoroughly reflects and examines personal and professional growth facilitated by participation in the DFCs. Analyzes goals set and their fulfillment, including future goals. Describes feedback received and discusses resulting changes and adaptations.

Formatting, Grammar, References, and Length

Minimal (0-2) grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes are made. AND the submission is written utilizing APA formatting, including a cover page; and any references used are credible and cited with in-text citations, if appropriate. AND the submission meets the stated page requirement (2 pages).
