(6th grade) Assignment Instructions – Reading Lesson Plan for Field Experience & Key Assessment This assignment ties directly to your current Field Experience and Signature Assessment Part B. You will create a lesson plan here, and upload a Signature Assessment (similar) within your field experience (SEC324) course for review. The formatting of the lesson plans is very similar, so there is no need to create different information. Please read the following carefully. See the detailed lesson plan template attached. The part in red on the lesson plan template is only to help guide you. This lesson plan should include reading areas/strategies that you have learned to this point from your essential questions and chapter readings, as well as content you are learning from directly working within the schools and with your cooperating teacher. Choose standards that relate directly to reading comprehension. Also, make sure that you plan for a Whole Group Reading Lesson. Submit your Key Assessment lesson plan here. The Signature Assessment lesson plan is submitted in the field experience course, and the video of the SA is placed in the field folder in GoReact as well as the appropriate folder in GoReact for this course. *****Make sure that your SA Lesson Plan includes a pre-test and a formal assessment. See Powerpoint summary and Grading Rubric attached. Submission Instructions Save the file as “Yourname_SEC320_KeyAssessment_LessonPlan”.
