Formatting:

• Use APA 7th edition formatting throughout.
• The in-text citations should include the author’s last name and the number of page you cite.
• Margins must be 1 inch on all sides, except where professional intuition suggests otherwise.
• Font should be 12-point Times New Roman.

Structure:

Your essay should include:

An introduction that clearly states your thesis.

• The thesis must be clear and focused.

At least three body sections:

• These sections should be clearly separated, but flow seamlessly as though no divisions exist.

A conclusion that:

• Summarizes your main points
• Introduces at least one entirely new idea
