Proposal for Final Paper: One page 500-words

Explore a theme for your final essay, which will be due at the end of the course. Develop questions that explore ideas/policies about equity and inclusion as explored in the class, which should be able to and/or ought to be core principles of present-day art/media organizations. You may choose one of the following: 1) Identify an existing arts or media organization or association currently focused on building their equity and inclusion capacity and use the course readings to make meaning and develop an understanding of their policies and organizational structure; 2) Envision establishing your own organization and describe the approaches you would take to make the environment deeply inclusive and diverse. What principles and approaches would you stay true to and how would you build an organizational culture rooted in equity and inclusion? Why?
