Submit a short outline of your final essay that is based on one of the weekly topics.

Please use the following format:

Divide the three page proposal into an outline and annotated bibliography. The

outline should consist of two/three paragraphs that clearly state the topic and the

approach that you are going to take.

Your annotated bibliography should consist of 6 books or articles not listed in the

syllabus that you will draw on for your essay.

Each entry should contain the following: the correct bibliographic details for the

article/chapter/book you will be using; a brief summary of the argument; and a short

statement of the relevance of the entry for your essay.

Please note: I will not accept web sources (Wikipedia) for the annotated bibliography.
