project management report based on a case study. The report is addressed to Head of Works, and asks you to apply your knowledge of project management theory, professional practice and analytical skills to a realistic real world project scenario. You will evaluate strategic options from the case study, recommend a preferred way forward, propose an appropriate project management approach and high level plan, and critically analyse how you would manage key risks, stakeholders and communication challenges. You must integrate evidence from the case study artefacts and demonstrate your ability to analyse, evaluate and apply project management concepts rather than describe them.
