Problem Statement – Legislative Proposal Assignment

This is for my Food Systems and Policy class in regards to nutrition. I am only assigned to do the PROBLEM STATEMENT for this assignment. Our topic is “Lack of access/availability to healthy foods leading to food insecurity in IL”. I have attached the directions/rubric and an example of the assignment. Again.. I am only assigned to do task 1 which is the problem statement only. So please do not feel the need to do the other tasks as they are being done by classmates and I only need to do the problem statement which is roughly 1.5 pages including external sources.
