My Initiation Brief: Problem Definition – Customers who are in search of hair salons and barbershops find it difficult to find the best local service for their needs because existing platforms only show random reviews rather than distinct, compared rankings of the available services around their area. As a result, clients consume too much time reading reviews and have a hard time choosing the right one for them with confidence.
Professor’s Comment on Brief: Very good. Are customers also sometimes suffering from going to the wrong hairdresser? Is the problem common and happens often? Add data, references.
Business plan: Making an application for finding reliable hairdresser and barbers like rate my professor website. The app would put a ranking of all the barbers and hairdressers around the area (near me) with reviews or ratings from customers sourced from google.
Problem trying to solve: less time for customers to look for different salons and easier to compare between hairdressers and stylists (Finding reliable services in a short period of time)
