1. For this assignment: You are a clinical psychologist working in a community health center, providing mental health support to diverse populations, including immigrants, refugees, and other underserved groups. You are conducting group therapy sessions where cultural sensitivity is crucial to addressing each person’s unique experiences and challenges. You are tasked with using your notes after the session to present to the manager of the organization.

Create a PowerPoint presentation that should address the following:

• Describe the cultural setting you are in (organization).
• Describe the diversity of the team or participants.
• What are two challenges you face in this situation?
• What are two opportunities you see in this situation?
• How does the team/participants address communication style?
• Is there evidence of prejudice or discrimination within the team/participants?
• Conclude with your reflection of the cultural experience.

Your presentation must be a minimum of eight, but no more than ten, slides in length, not including the title and reference slides. Speaker notes are required for each slide. Make sure you title the slide to match the topic you are working on.

Support your presentation with a minimum of two graphics or images and a minimum of two academic or scholarly references from the CSU Library. Adhere to APA Style when creating references for this assignment.
