Taking community -oriented policing to the next level.

Be sure to develop the plan based on these elements:

1. Detailed analysis of the Issue (augmented with empirical support).
2. Examination of stakeholders positions and perspectives (providing strengths and weaknesses).
3. Describe partnerships that can foster reform and inform policy and practice.
4. Develop and outline organizational improvements & initiatives to foster stronger and effective, communication, cohesion and cooperation between the police and the community.
5. Be sure to utilize textbook citations and empirical articles assigned to the course to support your argument and plan of action.
