Read Case. Be sure to take note of the research that has been done by Pillsbury to better understand consumers and the category of baking cookies. Post a Word Doc that covers the following questions: 1) What were the two different types of research studies/activities that the Pillsbury team has already done to learn about the RTB cookie consumers, their attitudes and behaviors, etc. 2) For each of the two different types of studies, what are the top 3 research conclusions that you believe are the most important for Pillsbury to take into account as they figure the best way to move forward?
