You are required to develop an in-depth case study by selecting a real job description you could apply (include thephoto and reference) of your choice. Your work should demonstrate advanced critical engagement with academicliterature, clear integration of relevant theoretical frameworks, and the ability to evaluate complex organisationalchallenges in a rapidly changing environment.You must address the following three questions. All questions carry equal weight and should be responded to withan appropriate balance of depth, criticality, and evidence. Draw explicitly on peer-reviewed academic sources,industry reports, and high-quality practitioner evidence to support your analysis.

1. Leadership

Explain the real (or potential) interview from your personal experience. Reflect on the leadership behavioursobserved during the recruitment process supported by the learnings acquired during the course.

2. Organisational response to environmental turbulenceCritically evaluate how your selected organisation should respond to the fast-changing external environment andhow strategically it should invest in talent attraction, development, and retention. Include data about the workforcedemographics of the location and how it influences the recruitment strategy. Analyse the extent to which theseresponses will influence organisational performance and competitiveness. Support your discussion with specificexamples and demonstrate clear linkage to relevant theories and research on strategic talent management,organisational agility, and workforce planning.

3. Action PlanDefine an action plan for all the previously defined proposals including cost analysis.
