Peer Facilitation

I need a presentation on Building bridges through reflective practice, empathy and shared meaning. I am a placement student at a youth shelter. It was founded in 1914 and was formerly a big sister agency. At present it has 5 emergency shelter rooms and 41 transitional beds. Client are aged from 16-24. You can live in the transitional side for either 2 years or until you turn 25 whatever comes first. I need to have an agenda, and introductory slide about the shelter, slides about building bridges through reflective practice and a discussion.
