Instructions:
- Assess the organizations culture and readiness for change.
- Apply at least one diagnostic tool (e.g., Kotters Change Readiness, Lewins Force Field Analysis, or another recognized framework).
- Discuss how culture could enable or inhibit your change effort.
- Present your findings in both narrative form and a visual/diagram.
Deliverables:
- Written assessment (34 pages, APA format).
- Cultural assessment diagram/visual.
