Maximum length is 5-7 double-spaced pages and minimum 12-point font size is required using APA format and complete references. The purpose of the paper is to make a case for organization change by analyzing a personal experience with potential organization change through the lens of one of the organizational diagnostic models discussed during the February 4 class session (with the exception of the Burke-Litwin Model, which will be used for the team paper). Emphasis should be placed on how the model provides both a blueprint (the What) and a roadmap (the How) for understanding the potential organization change situation at hand. A discussion of the pros and cons of utilizing the model to diagnose the potential change situation should also be incorporated into the paper.

Organization Change Diagnosis Paper Grading Guidelines

1. Clear discussion of the potential organization change situation (5 points)

2. Analysis of the potential organization change situation through the lens of the diagnostic model (50 points)

3. Discussion of how the model provides both a blueprint (the What) and a roadmap (the How) for understanding the potential organization change situation (15 points)

4. Discussion of at least 4 pros and 4 cons of utilizing the model to diagnose the potential organization change situation with specific references to the details of the change situation (30 points)
