Organizational Behavior-in-Action Individual Paper

This paper can demonstrate your ability to apply course concepts in analyzing issues and challenges that you are currently experiencing or have previously experienced in your current or previous job or organization. You are expected to use many of the organizational behavior theories, models, and concepts to identify and describe the issues you face. You must also use course content in presenting alternatives and recommendations relevant to the issues identified. You should write your paper clearly and concisely with language that shows your ability to synthesize organizational behavior material and relate it to specific problems that you face.

In this paper, you should use the assigned readings in the Robbins & Judge textbook along with extra assigned readings, videos, and the results from your Personal Assessment Survey. The highest grades will come from papers that find two or more extra sources not assigned in the course. It will be graded using the Case Analysis rubric attached.
