For this assignment, you will prepare a written document that develops a plan for an organizations growth based on The Five Stages of Small Business Growth. Please follow the instructions below and ask your professor if you have any questions. Your document should be in either .docx or .doc format and should follow APA formatting guidelines. Instructions

For this assignment, you will prepare a plan for an organization’s growth based on the Five Stages of Small Business Growth. Use your own experience or refer to the resources included in the Lesson as you complete this assignment.

1. Choose any organization (for-profit or non-profit) for this assignment. Any organization (for-profit or non-profit) can be used for this assignment (your own organization, a previous employer, your own business, etc.).
2. Develop a document containing a plan for the organizations growth based on The Five Stages of Small Business Growth.
3. In your plan, discuss each stage listed below as it relates to the organization, and include the steps the organization should take at each stage to advance to the next stage:

• Growth through creativity
• Growth through direction
• Growth through delegation
• Growth through coordination
• Growth through collaboration

1. Your document must meet the following requirements:

• Document must be seven (7) to (10) pages in length not counting the cover sheet and references.
• Document must comply with APA writing requirements.
