Orbit Writing Sustainability Proposals

Topic: The growing problem of space debris and why the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) should enforce stricter deorbiting regulations on satellite companies to reduce longterm orbital hazards.

Examples: space debris effects GPS. weather tracking, launching other satellite into orbit and so on. Basically how it effect the “environment”

The proposal must cover, in order:

Problem-prove the severity of the problem and its symptoms

Solution-detail who will take action, what they will do, and how it will work

Justification-address the strength and feasibility of proposal, compare to other solutions, and

show how the target audiences benefits outweigh costs

Format:

Style: APA(no title page or abstract required)

Length: 7-10 pages, not including References page (or title page or abstract if included)

Research: Minimum of eight (8) credible sources, including:

at least two new sources that were not cited on your Annotated Bibliography, highlighted on the References page

at least two scholarly journal articles or books published by a university press

at least one pop culture text (novel, music, film/TV, YouTube, podcast, game)

no more than three web based sources
