Requirements:

2. Write a 12 page reflection connecting your selected objectives to nursing leadership, organizational change, or your professional/clinical experiences.
3. Clearly explain how the objectives apply to improving healthcare delivery and advancing the nursing profession.
4. Use APA 7th edition format for any references you include (minimum of one scholarly source within the last five years is encouraged).

Purpose:

This reflection will help you critically analyze the nurses role in leading quality care initiatives and responding to organizational change, while reinforcing the connection between theory and practice.

7.5. Examine strategies for effecting change.

I am an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse so please relate it to this specialty of nursing whenever possible.
