- Clearly explain how the objectives apply to improving healthcare delivery and advancing the nursing profession.

Purpose:
This reflection will help you critically analyze the nurses role in leading quality care initiatives and responding to organizational change, while reinforcing the connection between theory and practice.
The two objectives I have chosen are:
7.1. Describe the nurse leader and managers role as a change agent.
7.5. Examine strategies for effecting change.
I am an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse so please relate it to this specialty of nursing whenever possible.
