All nurses are leaders in one way or another. This week you will reflect on how you can or do function as a leader. Remember, it is not necessary to hold a leadership title to be a leader.

Answer the following questions as you reflect on your role as a nurse leader.

• What are your strongest leadership skills?
• How do you use your leadership skills to collaborate with the healthcare team, promote change, or advocate for better patient outcomes?
• What steps would you like to take to further develop your leadership skills?
