assignment, you will conduct an interview with a parent or guardian
about a child in one of the developmental stages covered in Chapters 1
–
7 (Infancy through
Adolescence). Your goal is to gather insight into the childs development, challenges, and
experi
ences from the parents perspective. You will then analyze this information using relevant
developmental theories and cultural and contextual factors discussed in the course.
Assignment Components
1. Interview (Data Collection)

Identify a parent or guardian who has a child in one of the
