- Apply that theory to support an evidence-based intervention.
Instructions
Create a 56 slide presentation that includes the following:
Slide 1: Title Slide
- Title of your presentation
- Your name and credentials
- Course and date
Slide 2: Theory Overview
- Name of theory and theorist
- Key concepts or assumptions (brief bullet points)
- Why this theory fits the issue or setting
Slide 3: Evidence-Based Practice Focus
- Brief description of the clinical issue or intervention
- Summary of current evidence or guidelines supporting the practice change
Slide 4: Theory-to-EBP Connection
- How the theory supports the implementation or rationale for your intervention
- Specific ways the theory aligns with the problem, population, or goals
Slide 5: Practical Application
- How this theory would influence actions, communication, or outcomes in your setting
- Anticipated benefits or measurable impacts of using a theory-informed approach
Slide 6: References
- At least 3 scholarly references in APA 7 format
- Include one theoretical source and at least one current EBP guideline or research article
