Instructions for Completing the MSc Safety & Risk Management Dissertation

You will be handling the project from the beginning to the end, including all data collection work. My role will simply be to follow up with you whenever there is feedback from the supervisor, so you can make the required corrections as quickly as possible.

I am currently at the Ethics stage, so you will begin from where I stopped in the Ethics Application Form. I have attached the latest comments from the supervisor, and I need you to follow these instructions very carefully. Please read the Word version of the feedback thoroughly and ensure that you include exactly what the supervisor has requested in the next submission. He has rewritten the topic, which I have highlighted in redplease rephrase the topic according to his guidance. He also instructed that I must not use my previous questionnaire; instead, I must use the Universitys NOSACQ Questionnaire, which is attached.

All other relevant documents you will need to begin are included in the attachments.

4. NOSACQ Questionnaire with Information for Participants, Consent, and Privacy Notice(This is the questionnaire the supervisor wants me to use.)

Important Notes:

• Once the Ethics Application is approved, we will move on to writing the dissertation chapters.
• The draft submission date for the dissertation chapters is 30th April 2026.
• On page 23 of 26 in the Appendix B: Research Questionnaire, the entire questionnaire must be replaced with the Universitys NOSACQ Questionnaire (attached).
