Montana Hop Brew Case

This weeks exercise is about scanning the industry (competitive) environment for a Montana-based brewery called Montana Hop Brew. To complete this weeks exercise, students will read the case, complete a Porters Five Forces analysis (using the template provided), and answer the two discussion questions. Kennedy (2020) provides a table for each of the forces that should be used for reference. For guidance, an example answer is provided for threat of potential entrants below.
