For example, What does medical science now tell us about genetic factors associated with major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder? What factors might contribute to the development of these and other mental health conditions? Links to an external site., name one reason why social workers need to understand these possible biology-related factors.
