Module 5: Discussion — Discussion 5

Module 5 includes three discussion questions. Please make sure to answer all sub-questions.

First, please complete the Big Five (or OCEAN) Personality traits questionnaire.

Please follow the direction in the document to calculate all five-factor scores and report them.

Question 1. Please share your all five personality traits scores (e.g., Extroversion = 4.7; Agreeable = 4.2; Conscientiousness = 3.9; Openness to Experience = 3.2; Neuroticism = 1.9). Do not include the question table in your answer. Only scores for all five traits. * All scores should be in the range between 1 to 5. Please carefully see the scoring direction in the document.

Question 2. Do you agree with your scores for each trait? Or were you surprised by the result? If so, why? Please describe how you see your own personality trait result.

Question 3. Does an organization prefer certain personality traits? If so, which one? Please make sure to include solid reasons to choose that trait for your answer.

Submission Instructions:

You must read questions carefully and make sure to respond to all discussion questions. Do not include discussion questions in your post. For the initial post, aim for around 75-100 words per discussion question. Focus on answering the question clearly with your own example and experiences. For peer responses, each response should be around 80 words and focus on a specific idea from the peer’s post. Do not rephrase or agree on the idea.
