Module 2 Discussion Board

Do some research on your favorite living animal (other than a cat or dog). Tell both the common name and the scientific name for the animal. Identify the home range of the animal. Explain why the animal is important to both humans and the ecosystem in which it is found. Your post must be a minimum of 75 words. Afterwards, you must respond to two (2) of your classmates discussion post. Your responses must be a minimum of 50 words and it must further the discussion of the animal the student wrote about. This assignment is worth a 50 points. A grade of zero will be assigned to any student who does not submit a post and respond to the post of two classmates. A grade of zero will be assigned in all cases of plagiarism, so use your own words in your post. This assignment is due prior to 10 pm on Friday, February 06, 2026.
