Milestone 1 Assessment This Milestone has two parts. Part A: The human brain is notably adaptable; a concept referred to as neuroplasticity. In its quest to maintain its overall balance, referred to as homeostasis, the brain responds to drug use over time by developing tolerance and, when an attempt is made to cease using, withdrawal. Without getting into granular detail, please describe tolerance and withdrawal. Please include the concepts of dysphoria and anhedonia in your response and discuss how both concepts are related to tolerance and withdrawal.
