You will find the Self-Assessment in the 12th edition on page 216 and 13th Edition on page 231 of the hardcopy. If you are using a digital version of the book and your page numbers are different from these, you can find the Self-Assessment close to the end of the chapter immediately before the section Promote Desirable Norms.
