Mental Health Learning Plan

Rough Learning Goal and Rationale: (Needs to be fixed) Proposed Learning Goal Learning Goal: Utilize Community Health Nursing Standards 4 (Professional Relationships) and 5 (Capacity Building) to collaboratively implement a mental health leadership framework within Ms. Zuzartes Grade 6 class at St. Dorothy Catholic School, empowering students to recognize internal stressors and apply healthy strategies to navigate digital, relational, and academic challenges. Rationale: This goal directly addresses identified mental health needs, observed classroom stressors, and systemic resource limitations. By collaborating with the classroom teacher and focusing on sustainable skill development, the intervention supports long-term capacity building within the school community.
