MB003: Aligning the Organization and Planning for the Future Overview For this Performance Task Assessment, you will examine a case study that demonstrates how an organizations culture can affect the implementation of information technology, as well as its ongoing management. This case provides an opportunity to analyze factors influence the success and failure of information technology implementation in real-world context. Be sure to adhere to the indicated assignment length. Before submitting your Assessment, carefully review the rubric. This is the same rubric the assessor will use to evaluate your submission and it provides detailed criteria describing how to achieve or master the Competency. How Organizational Culture Impacts IT Implementation and Ongoing Management For this Performance Task Assessment, you will act as a consultant at UVN Consulting, and you have been tasked with helping another client: a small organization for which you will develop a report on the impact of an organizations culture on the implementation and ongoing management of information technology. Your boss suggested that you use the case of the Orange cellular phone service company, a previous client of your organization. The case study can serve as a model of how your firm was able to help a large-scale company address a difficult situation related to IT and organizational culture. You will need to include your response to the following questions in your case analysis report (present and support your rationale for your responses). As you develop your report, be sure to include specific examples where applicable, as well as relevant citations from the Learning Activities, the Walden Library, and/or other appropriate academic sources.
