Choose an American company that has expanded to another country. i.e. Walmart, McDonalds, etc. You will write this paper to cover the necessary requirements for the employer to prep employees who are moving to the overseas location.

- how many employees will be moving to that country?
- what actions will you take to prepare your American employees for operations in this country?
- what obstacles will they have to face in this country and why?
