Management Analysis

Instructions:

For the Management Analysis assignment, you are asked to select ONE of the two options listed below. Please review the grading rubric carefully before you attempt this exercise.

Option 1 is an exercise on Whos Most Qualified to be Recruitment and Retention Director? [available in Blazeview under Module 6 assignments]. This exercise is from the book Public Personnel Management: Context and Strategies written by Jared J. Llorens and Heather Getha-Taylor (Page 119-124). Although the exercise mentions group work, you will work independently on this exercise. The exercise contains a postscript, which you are encouraged to read AFTER completing the first segment (i.e. ranking the candidates) and answering questions 1-13 on page 120. The resumes of the three candidates are included at the end of the exercise. After completing the first segment, you can read the postscript and respond to the questions at the end of the postscript (1-3) on page 123
