Major Project- Leadership Plan

It is imperative in understanding leadership, to know who you are as a leader; this will enable you to lead followers, but also to aid other leaders in their journeys, thus you are developing a scholarly paper that is your personal Leadership Plan.

This plan should include an analysis of your leadership:

1. In the context of the five leadership behaviors (Kouzes & Posner)
2. The results and analysis of your
4. (Dellavecchio)
5. A self-assessment of who you are as a Christian leader (Engstrom, 1978)
6. And finally, a self-assessment of your leadership in light of Biblical principles
7. The plan should also include your observed strengths and weaknesses, along with the steps for you as a leader to move forward

This project is graded using the ‘Major Project Rubric’.

This project should be 4000 words (+/- 10%) excluding the title page and references, and must be written in APA. An abstract is not required for this project.
