In this discussion, we will discuss the impact of food technology on our food supply.

First, lets start with questions based on your opinion and what we have learned so far in past modules:

  • What can we do as consumers to reduce our risk of developing a foodborne illness? How about as health professionals? Consider concrete action steps we can take today.
  • Weve discussed at-risk populations in previous modules. What can people from at-risk populations do to limit the potential for foodborne illnesses?
