Overview:

Oh California…We have the best of everything! Well, I guess I am biased since I was born and raised here, but come on, are we not the best state? We have some of the best sports teams, beaches, weather, cities, freshest food, etc.,. And our care and education of our youngest population, infants and toddlers, I mean, it is unbeatable…right? While some of you will probably email me explaining how another state is better, that can be an endless debate; however, the data on California’s care and education of infants and toddlers is clear: we need to improve and we have a lot of work to do! This discussion meets unit objectives by demonstrating knowledge of the current data on California’s infants and toddlers and collecting actionable ideas for improving.
