I need to write until 5 Execution and Time line.
This is the document context.
Chapter 1: Problem Definition
In the first chapter, you will set the stage by providing necessary background information and identifying key stakeholders related to the case situation. Your task is to clearly define the problem your project aims to address. You should analyze the problem and utilize various sources of evidence to showcase your broad knowledge base on the subject matter, supporting your problem statement effectively.
Chapter 2: Literature Review
The second chapter involves an exploration of relevant literature, where you will analyze different scenarios, factors, and potential solutions relevant to the research problem. Your analysis should be well-rounded, considering multiple perspectives and demonstrating intellectual depth. Present well-reasoned arguments and propose potential courses of action to tackle the identified problem. Develop a conceptual framework and formulate research questions that will guide your study.
Chapter 3: Methodology (Plan)
This chapter is of utmost importance as it demonstrates your expertise in applying the acquired knowledge and theory into your research strategy. You will outline your research design and methodology, describing the structured and systematic approach you will use to investigate the problem identified in Chapters 1 and 2. Justify the selected research methods, ensuring the reliability and validity of data collection. Additionally, competently address any ethical and data management issues related to your research.
Chapter 4: Dissemination (Plan)
Explain how your project will have meaningful impact on the company. Develop a clear and actionable plan for disseminating the knowledge and insights derived from your study and highlight various valuable channels through which you will share your findings with key stakeholders. Discuss how you will provide proof of sufficient interaction with these stakeholders.
It is utterly most important that I fully achieve this according to the Final grading rubric, be extremely critical and tell me blatantly how to write it better, no excuses for either you or me:

The actioned or implemented solution(s) has practical relevance, is realistic, feasible and solves problems within the field of study. Student evaluates the solution(s) with relevant and justified criteria looking from different perspectives, all effects/value of the solution(s) are calculated.
2.3 Dissemination and impact of the solution:
Student has effectively and proactively disseminated (shared) knowledge and insights with all relevant audiences and collected feedback in a superb manner through diverse channels. Dissemination has a significant impact on organization or community.
3.1. Research Design:
Student skillfully analyses a complex problem. Research process is highly structured and efficiently organized. Logical flow from problem to solution design. Reliable and valid research, research strategy is well chosen and motivated. Ethical considerations and data management are given utmost importance and are managed with expertise and full transparency.
3.2 Analysis and usage of data:
Student demonstrates excellent data analysis skills using most appropriate tools. All work is evidence-based with clear conclusions and discussions. Complex analysis incorporating information from all dimensions (stakeholders, practitioners, organization and/or industry statistics, scientific literature).
