Task:
High-leverage practices (HLPs) in special education have been developed to help provide guidance and support to educators who work with students with disabilities. These practices have been determined to be highly effective and critical to the success of students with disabilities when successfully implemented. The goal of the HLP assignments in this course is to introduce you to these practices through exploration of research that aims to improve student outcomes in special education. In this assignment, your topic is High-Leverage Practices in Social/Emotional/Behavior.

- You will choose one of the articles below to read and complete the assignment per the expectations:

- Perle, J. G. (2018).
- Content Expectations: Expected Length 8-10 slides, be sure to add a title slide and reference slide. You should have a minimum of two sources: the article you chose and at least one other source (i.e. textbook or other credible source) to make connections. Include the following:
Title slide – your name, title of the article, due date
Introduction: Introduce your article and why you chose it
Summary: Share a short summary of the article( I should see at least one citation if not more)
Key Practices: Share two teaching practices recommended in the chosen article to support student success. Be SPECIFIC and cite your source. Feel free to add an image to enhance your slides.
