I would like the letter to briefly align with the schools values of academic excellence, integrity, leadership, and service especially as they relate to nursing. It should feel natural and not overly religious, just sincere and professional.
Because the university is a Christian university, I would like the letter to briefly align with their values of academic excellence, integrity, leadership, and service especially as they relate to nursing. It should feel natural and not overly religious, just sincere and professional.
This was my first semester of college, and I underestimated the rigor of a university-level science course.
I take full responsibility for my performance in Biology and the lab.
I understand that nursing requires discipline, consistency, and strong academic performance.
I am currently retaking Biology and doing significantly better (please mention my current grade).
I have implemented specific changes such as structured study schedules, using academic resources, and improving time management.
This experience has helped me grow in accountability, resilience, and maturity.
Nursing is not just a career choice for me, but a calling to serve others with compassion and integrity, which aligns with the schools mission.
Tone should be:
Professional
Reflective
Growth-focused
Confident but humble
Around 500800 words
Please avoid:
Blaming professors or the school
Emotional or dramatic language
Making excuses
Being overly religious or preachy
I want the letter to show growth and readiness, not desperation.
