Legal Analysis

Following the “How to Brief a Case” handout given in Module 3, brief U.S. v. Leon (1984) 468 U.S. 897. Please remember to follow the instructions on the “How to Brief a Case” handout. Your brief should include a heading for the Case Name/citation, Facts, Issue, Holding/Decision & Reasoning. Your facts and holding should be succinct, and your brief should not exceed one page.
