Lean Reflection Paper – 3 pages

The video is broken down into three different parts attached to the powerpoint.

During our LEAN week, you will watch a Q&A with the CFO of a public university that has spent years incorporating LEAN into their different departments and processes. Although some of you may be familiar with LEAN, no previous experience/understanding is necessary, the discussion will include an explanation of what LEAN is. After you have watched the Q&A, you will write a reflection paper that considers the following two prompts:

Where do you think you could apply the LEAN process to an organization you currently work for or have previously worked for.

It is likely that you will be met with some resistance if you tried to integrate LEAN in to your organization. Consider what you have learned in the course thus far and identify what you could do to lead this process in a way that will encourage buy in from other employees.
