Leadership Trend/Issue paper

This course is centered on nursing leadership, evaluating the role of the nurse from a local and national perspective, and at times, international. The interaction of diverse populations warrants the nurse to appreciate and learn from a multicultural perspective. The purpose of the paper is to analyze a trending nursing issue or trend in relation to the role of a nurse leader using current and credible information. There should be an exploration of how a nurse leader could influence the issue or trend in the future, employing realistic ideas and solutions. A multi-perspective analysis should be conducted. After selecting a topic in class, students should complete a review of the literature on your concept using both nursing and non-nursing literature, that are peer reviewed, must include at least two (2) nursing references and one (1) reference from a different discipline (not journal but about the topic from an interdisciplinary perspective). Provide a reference page and a cover page using APA formatting.
