1. Identify a leadership change theory, and describe how a nurse leader in the role you aspire to upon completion of your degree would lead a change project, based on this theory. Include the following in your initial post:

• Identify the role you have chosen and a potential change in practice that may be needed in your area.
• Search the literature for leadership theories that nurse leaders may use in effecting a practice change.
• Identify how you might implement the practice change, based on the components of the leadership theory you have selected.
