- You, the chief human resources officer (CHRO)
- Jevaun Thomas, the union representative
- Deanna Johnson, senior barista
In this discussion, you will identify the type of power each stakeholder in the case study might exhibit in negotiations. For each stakeholder, provide examples of how they may exhibit this type of power during the negotiations. Refer to the description of each position in the case study to help inform your decisions.
For your initial post, ensure that you address the following points:
- Identify the type of power for each stakeholder in the table.
- Provide a reason why the type of power you have identified is important in negotiations.
- Discuss how the power of stakeholders will inform the CHROs negotiation strategy.
