This week, watch the Ted Talk “Depression, the Secret We Share”. Take a moment and reflect on what the speaker shared about his story and the stories of others who live with depression. Consider certain comments from his talk that resonated with you to reflect on them.

- Level of sophistication of the discussion.
- Quality of writing style.
- Application to social work practice.
- Use of self and personal reflection.
