There has been much discussion regarding incident investigations and associated methodology in this course. Reflect on a recent incident, either personal or observed and explain the following:

• Describe the situation and the challenges you faced.
• Explain the corrective actions that were taken, including how they were documented.
• Explain what you feel needs to take place for corrective actions to be beneficial to management.

Your journal entry must be at least 400 words in length. Outside sources are not a requirement for this journal, but if you choose to use them, be sure to cite and reference according to APA standards.
