This analysis will help you understand the strategic decisions and operational tactics that are needed to succeed in a competitive business world.
For this assignment, select 1 of the following companies to analyze:

- Meta (Facebook)
This company will serve as your company throughout the course. All assignments will center on the organization you choose. This week, the focus of your analysis will be on the global business strategies of the company. It will also focus on the challenges and opportunities in the international marketplace. You will need to conduct some research to address the following items:
- Global business environment: Describe the global environment in which the company you chose operates. Consider the economic, cultural, and political environments of its key markets.
- Global and ethical leadership: Identify the key qualities involved in global and ethical leadership. Discuss how these qualities influence an organization’s decision making, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practices. Consider their broader impact on society.
- Supply chain and logistics: Analyze how the company manages its supply chain and logistics. Consider the current events and global supply chain challenges.
- Risks and challenges: Explain the risks and challenges associated with the global business environment you described earlier.
Next, create a PowerPoint presentation of 79 slides (not including the Title and Reference slides).
