  10. Conduct the Interview:
  11. Take notes and ask follow-up questions as needed.
  12. Maintain professionalism and respect the interviewees confidentiality.
  13. Write an Analysis:
  14. Summarize key takeaways from the interview.
  15. Compare the professionals experiences with ethical guidelines from ACA, NASW, or APA.
  16. Reflect on how this knowledge will shape your future counseling practice.
  17. Paper should be 3-4 pages, following APA format.
