1. Discuss how interprofessional education and collaboration would benefit Mrs. Vega from the beginning of her rehabilitative journey.
2. Discuss how Mrs. Vega’s culture, health literacy, and familial involvement may assist or hinder her rehabilitative outcomes.
3. Write a script of what you would say to Mrs. Vega and her family to communicate the proposed treatment plan keeping in mind patient-centered care.
