D. Describe a SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-based) goal based on your self-assessments and career research.
1. Identify two potential barriers to achieving the SMART goal.
2. Identify a possible strategy to address each potential barrier.
E. Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.
F. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
